Christmas Faire

St. Matthew Lutheran Church Women's Missionary League will host a Christmas Faire at the Church located at 13880 Joshua Way off Lambert Lake Dr. today from 9am to 4pm and tomorrow November 7 from 9am to noon. On Friday a soup Luncheon will be served with salad, bread, homemade pies and beverage for $7.00 from 11am to 2pm. Many useful handmade items will be for sale for yourself or gifts and a bake sale of many scrumptious breads, cookies, candies, cakes, pies, jams and other goods for yourself or for gifts. There will be a drawing for a handcrafted quilt "Hearts Galore", a cross stitched picture of "The Last Supper", afghan, framed painting and other items. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Funds raised will be used to help local charities such as Interfaith Community Services, Mountain Women's Resource Center, Homeless Drop-In Center, Foothill Pregnancy Center and many others local and nation wide.
