Learn to successfully pressure cans at the Master Food Preservers' Contents Under Pressure Class February 9, 10 to noon at the Calaveras Senior Center, 956 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas.
Be confident about pressure canning! Learn how a pressure canner works, how to safely use it, and watch several canning demonstrations to learn how to can your own broths, soups,
stews, vegetables, and meat sauces. No reservations required.
