Diabetes Day 2012
This is going to be a free event. We will be providing resources and information to our community on prevention and management of diabetes.
Where: Sonora Regional Medical Center's Live Well Be Well Center at 19747 Greenley Road in Sonora.
When: November 9, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Who: Any patient, family member or friend in the community affected by diabetes
What: There will be a variety of free offerings, including: healthy soup lunch with recipes, nutrition classes and demonstrations, local resources, diabetes related vendors, literature, exercise classes, giveaways, and more!
