Location: West Point and Copperopolis respectively
The VA Mobil Medical Van and Rural Outreach Mental Health Team will be in WEST POINT at the VFW Hall, 202 Spinks Rd, on Thursday, June 9th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. These same services will be available in COPPEROPOLIS on June 10th from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Library, located at 60 Copper Cove Drive, Copperopolis. Information and assistance regarding enrollment in the VA health care system and disability claims will also be provided. Please bring your DD214 if you are not currently enrolled in the VA system. If you do not have your DD214, we will help you obtain one. If you are in need of transportation and/or additional information, please call Valerie Gabriel at the VA Clinic, 209-588-2604, by June 7th. The team is looking forward to meeting with you.
