The Standard Pour is a fun, casual restaurant concept that features craft beers, primarily from California, Oregon and Colorado. This is a quite different restaurant from our sister restaurant, the Diamondback Grill in downtown Sonora. Our menu focuses on beer friendly dishes, many sporting a level of spicy heat. Our first order of business day in and day out is to deliver on the promise of serving great fun food paired with interesting, ever changing lagers, ales, porters and stouts. However we aspire to a great deal more than that for the Standard Pour. We offer private dining opportunities, creative promotions, brewery representative visits, pint nights, artisan cheese and beer pairings, multi-course beer pairing dinners, and much more. We promise we will be The STANDARD for great food, cold drafts and good times!
