Artisan Pizza and Espresso Bar

The Artisan Pizza and Espresso Bar was based on a long term owner's dream. Liking to eat good food and truly enjoy it is Judith's passion. Both owners Vic and Judith were born in Europe and they both are coming from the families where preparing food was an art. Judith practiced her talent to cook already in early eighties, when she decided to enter a competition to be a private chef for a prominent person from Texas living in southern California. While the previous chefs on the same job stayed just a few weeks, sometimes just a few days at this job, Judith stayed over 2 years.

In 2002 Vic and Judith bought Strawberry Inn which has 15 rooms, restaurant and lounge. Here Vic and Judith expended their interest in remodeling, decorating and changing the previous menu to tasty meals made from the best quality ingredients. The Inn was turned into a successful and recession proof business. The same principle Judith and Vic are applying to the new Artisan Pizza and Cafe. The goal is to make our customers happy by providing the best quality "real food" ingredients for Pizza, Sandwiches, Salads, Espresso coffees and home made sweets. The real smoothies are made from real fruit, not substitutes. We also offer Beer and Wine for the customers to enjoy.
