Peterson Moved To San Mateo County

Scott Peterson has been moved to the San Mateo County jail in preparation for his double-murder trial. Peterson faces the death penalty if convicted of two counts of murder for allegedly killing his pregnant wife and the couple's unborn son. Hearings in the case are scheduled to start February second.
