Three Vehicle Accident Slows Monge Ranch Rd. Traffic

San Andreas, CA -- A three vehicle accident slowed traffic in the area of Monge Ranch Rd. and Hwy 4 in the Douglas Flat area Monday afternoon at 2:45.

According to the C.H.P. report 34 year old Daniel Haynie of Manteca, driving a 2003 International, failed to brake properly and collided with a vehicle driven by 58 year old Sheila Doyle of Murphys. Doyle had slowed due to a Vallecito Union school bus that was unloading its last student.

Doyle's 2007 Toyota was pushed into the back of a school bus. Doyle suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Mark Twain-St. Joseph's Hospital. The student was not injured.
