High Speed Pursuit Near Burson Leads To Arrest

Burson, Ca -- Two Valley Springs men are behind bars following a high speed chase through Lake Comanche Park late this week.

A Calaveras County Sheriff's Deputy noticed a vehicle matching the description of a truck allegedly driven by a man with outstanding warrants traveling on Burson Rd. The truck turned on S. Comanche Parkway, and a three mile pursuit ensued.

Eventually the vehicle was stopped, and arrested and taken into custody were 31-year old Jorge Andres Espiritu and 34-year-old Federico Lopez.
