Troy Kelly Spirk - Sonora Police Department's "Most Wanted"

Sonora, CA -- 37 year old Troy Kelly Spirk is this week's "Most Wanted" by the Sonora Police Department.

Spirk stands five feet 10 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Spirk has a felony warrant for parole violations.
