Three Year Old Child Dies In Sonora

Sonora, CA -- A three year old boy died at Sonora Regional Medical Center at 1:28am Wednesday after not responding to C.P.R. by family members, Sonora Police and paramedics.

The Police Department responded to a 911 call originating at an apartment complex located at 311 Fairview Lane regarding a child that was not breathing.

Family members were administering CPR when police arrived. Officers continued with the life saving technique until paramedics arrived.

The child, who suffered from three very serious health problems, was immediately transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center where he was pronouced dead.
