One Driver Causes Two Accidents

San Andreas, CA -- 26 year old Daniel Aguilar of West Point can probably expect a generous increase in his insurance rates following a three car accident.

Aguilar was driving eastbound on Hwy 26 west of Ridge Rd. Monday morning at approximately 10:50 when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve. `He crossed over the double yellow lines and sideswiped a vehicle driven by 68 year old Simon Engle of Elk Grove.

Aguilar then collided headon with another vehicle ... this one driven by 55 year old John Cloney of Valley Springs. Cloney suffered minor injuries and was treated at Mark Twain-St. Joseph's Hospital.

Aguilar and Engle were not injured.

No arrest was made.
