Marijuana Eradicated Near GrovelandFriday, August 29, 2008 - 01:00 PM

Groveland, Ca -- On Thursday, 7,475 marijuana plants were eradicated from two separate gardens in the Sawmill Mountain area near Groveland.
Deputy Paul Tualla with the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office says that the first grow was located in the Soldier Creek region, and 4,037 plants were eradicated. 3,438 plants were pulled from the second garden, located in the Cherry Creek area. The total number of marijuana plants eradicated in the County this year is 101,397.
