Mother Lode Views To Focus On CALIFORNIA FORWARD

Sonora, CA -- This weekend Mother Lode Views will focus on CALIFORNIA FORWARD, a non-partisan group that is working to give Californians a stronger voice in making government responsive and accountable -- as a critical step toward policies that can provide better education, safer neighborhoods, broader economic opportunity and stronger environmental protection.

The co-chairs of CALIFORNIA FORWARD are former White House Chief of Staff during the Clinton Administration Leon Panetta and Thomas V. McKernan, Chief Executive Officer, Automobile Club of southern California.

CALIFORNIA FORWARD is supported by The California Endowment, The Evelyn and Water Haas, Jr. Fund, The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, The James Irving Foundation and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.

Mother Lode Views can be heard on AM-1450 KVML at 9:30am Saturday and 8:30am Sunday. Mother Lode Views can also be heard on STAR 92.7 at 9am Sunday and on Today's Country, 93.5 KKBN at 10am Sunday.
