Fire Destroys O'Byrnes Ferry Rd. Residence

Jamestown, CA -- Officials are now reporting that the single story residence located at 6900 O'Byrnes Ferry Rd. was completely destroyed by fire this morning.

The initial alarm was reported shortly after 5:30. Kari Faughnan and her former husband, Steve, own the home. She returned just before 11am with her son Wyatt.

The residence was built in the 1970's by a Hollywood producer. Clint Eastwood lived in the home during the filming of The Unforgiven. Michael J. Fox also lived in the home during the production of Back To The Future.

Crews reported the fire did not spread to the wildland. Cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
