CHP Reports Tractor Turnover On Mono Way

Sonora, CA -- According to CHP Officer Mike Boller it was a tractor that overturned and is blocking Mono Way east of Hess Ave.

Boller adds that Mono Way will be closed for several hours as crew work to remove the tractor that was involved with the bike lane project on the north side of Mono Way.
