Candidates Night Tonight At 6PM

Sonora, CA -- Candidates Night is set for this evening at the County Administration Center.

In District One Incumbent Liz Bass is being challenged by Jim Garaventa and Randall Selesia. Incumbent Mark Thornton is opposed by John Gray in District Four. In District Five Incumbent and Board Chair Dick Pland is facing off against Domenic Torchia.

Sponsored by the Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce, the two hour event will be divided into three segments. The initial portion of the program will consist of the seven candidates answering questions submitted by the business community.

The second segment will deal with questions from the audience while the third will allow the candidates to question those who are running for the same district seat.

Candidates Night will be broadcast live in its entirety on AM-1450 KVML and audio streamed live on MyMotherLode.com.
