Sonora, CA -- The 340 east Sonora area customers who lost power Thursday afternoon due to a vehicle hitting a power pole suffered through a low voltage problem this morning.
P.G.& E.'s Nicole Tam says the low voltage was caused when technicians were returning the power to the normal circuits. Following the Thursday accident crews had to backfeed the power to alternate circuits in order to make the repairs. The problem was alleviated by 11am today.
