U.S. Forest Service "Looking For A Few Good People"

Sonora, CA -- The U.S. Forest Service was just one of 48 employers taking part in the Wednesday Job Fair at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.

U.S. Forest Service Spokesman Dennis Kuster says his agency has a plethora of both full and part-time job opportunities.

Fulltime opportunities include fire, timber, recreation, biology, botany, trails and human resources. Part-time positions would involve seasonal firefighting for which there is a 32 hour training session. A full year of training is needed for those interested in a heli-tech position.
