Columbia, Ca -- Columbia College has named Craig Johnston as the new coordinator of the Academic Achievement Center, a position vacant since last year when Patricia Harrelson retired.
The Academic Achievement Center helps students reach goals by providing tutoring and assistance. Johnston has been an adjunct English professor at Columbia College, Cosumnes River College and Folsom Lake College for the past two years. Johnston holds several degrees from Humboldt State and has also studied at Oxford University in England.
