Stanton Set For Another Court Date

Sonora, CA -- An arraignment and trial setting is scheduled for David Roy Stanton of San Andreas this afternoon at 1:30 in Department One of Tuolumne County Superior Court.

Stanton will be tried for the August 25th murder of 29 year old Jon Steven Flaherty.

Represented by Defense Attorney Rick Angermiller, Stanton waived his preliminary hearing a week ago Friday.
