Local Fire Protection And Preparedness Will Be Discussed At Upcoming Meeting

Sonora, Ca -- The Highway 108 FireSafe Council is inviting homeowners in Tuolumne County to a meeting next week to discuss fire protection, emergency preparedness and fire prevention measures.

There will also be discussion about resources used to combat devastating wildfires like those being witnessed in Southern California. According to FireSafe Council President Jerry Tannhauser the meeting will begin at 6pm, Thursday, November 1 at the Sonora City Fire Station conference room at 201 S. Shepherd St.
