San Andreas, CA -- Election results are in from Calaveras County.
The Division 1-County Water District race was captured by Phil McCartney with 59 percent of the vote. With 67 percent of the vote, Michael Fullaway was elected director of the Altaville-Melones Fire Protection District.
Measure D for the Altaville-Melones Fire Protection District easily passed with a favorable vote of 86 percent.
The top three votegetters in the full term Foothill Fire Protection District Director's position went to Ed Anderson, Jeffrey Palm and Ken Glissman.
Winner in the short term Foothill Fire Protection District was Ronnie Spradlin with 54 percent of the vote.
Measure E for the Foothill Fire Protection District passed with 88 percent of the vote.
The top two in the race for full term director of the Valley Springs Public Utility District; Andy Whitaker and Lucille Allee.
Robert Robertson and Connie Gleason were the top two in the short term Valley Springs Public Utility District director's position.
With 56 percent of the vote, Jeff Davidson captured the director's position for Division 5 of the Calaveras County Water District.
Only 32 percent of all registered voters in Calaveras County cast ballots.
