Pinecrest-Strawberry Power Restored AT 6pm

San Francisco, CA -- According to P.G.& E. Spokesperson Nicole Tam power was finally restored to 1,730 Pinecrest and Strawberry customers Monday evening at six o'clock.

The original Monday morning plan called for those customers to endure a 90 minute power interruption from 9am to 10:30 as crews initiated work on the $1.1 million replacement project at the Spring Gap hydro generation facility.

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances 90 minutes turned into nine hours with power finally restored during the dinner hour.

The second and final power interruption is scheduled for Friday from 4 to 5pm.
