Sonora, CA -- Six Californians were booked, cited and released from the Tuolumne County Jail after being charged with using a watercraft while under the influence of alcohol on Tulloch Lake and Lake Don Pedro over the Memorial Day weekend.
Those arrested include 22 year old Matthew Kyle Bell of San Ramon, 55 year old Mark Russell Cirelli of Hollister, 24 year old James Gregory Frazier of Waterford, 28 year old Mike Null of Sacramento and 51 year old Wayne Richard Winfield of Copperopolis. Use of a watercraft with an alcohol blood content of .08 percent or higher is illegal under California law.
