Columbia, CA -- CAL FIRE officials dispatched the two tankers from the Columbia Air Base at 8am to assist in fighting the six to seven acre vegetation fire off Marshes Flat Rd. in Moccasin.
CAL FIRE Jim DeVoll in San Andreas reports that the cause may be an "out of control" permissive burn. Also on the scene; a dozer, six engines, a water tender and three hand crews.
