Home Invasion Robbery Suspect Captured

Sonora, CA -- 29 year old Justin Dean Seiro remains in the Tuolumne County Jail on $400,000 bail after being involved in a home invasion and robbery.

Tuesday morning sheriff's deputies learned that the victim had been tied up and numerous items had been stolen from her residence.

Three suspects escaped in a vehicle which was later involved in a collision off Hwy J59 after which the suspects fled on foot. Detectives searched the area on foot and by a helicopter provided by the Stanislaus County Air Operaitons Unit. A short time later Seiro was arrested and booked on charges of robbery and vehicle theft.

The other two suspects remain at large.
