Bear Valley Extends Season

Bear Valley, CA -- Bear Valley Mountain Resort has extended its ski season one more weekend.

The resort was set to close April 15. It will shut down for the next week, April 16 through the 20, but will reopen for the weekend of April 21 and 22.

Resort spokesperson Marc Gendron says recent storms dumped up to 14 inches of new snow creating terrific skiing and snowboarding conditions.
