Carolyn Dawn Johnson Named Frog Jumps Headliner

Angels Camp, CA -- Country music singer Carolyn Dawn Johnson has been announced as this year's headliner for the Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee.

The fair takes place May 16 through the 20th. Johnson will perform Saturday, May 19.

Johnson is orginally from Alberta, Canada. She is well known for such hits as “Complicated” and “Simple Life.”

In 2002, Johnson was named Top New Female Vocalist by the Academy of Country Music and Favorite New Country Artist in 2003 by the American Music Awards.

She has toured with Reba McEntire, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban.
