Board Of Supervisors On Hiatus

Sonora - San Andreas, CA -- The Board of Supervisors for Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties respectively are on hiatus this week.

The Boards will resume their weekly meetings in San Andreas and Sonora the first week of January.

On January second, Russ Thomas will be formally named as the new District Five Supervisor in Calaveras County. He defeated Victoria Erickson in the Nov. 7 runoff election.

On January 8, Teri Murrison, who defeated Phil Balbuena in the same election, will officially fill the vacant District Three chair for the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors.
