Fann Is Back Behind Bars

Sonora, Ca -- A man who was just released from prison last week has already made a stop at the Tuolumne County Jail.

The suspect, 33-year-old Michael Fann of Escalon, along with 35-year-old John Gucene of Oakdale were arrested Monday night on charges of possession of stolen property and drug possession. The two were pulled over while exiting the Starbucks Coffee parking lot on Old Wards Ferry Road.

In the vehicle the officer found prescription pills that neither had been prescribed, marijuana, and a stolen Starbucks tip jar.
