Sonora, CA -- Fire completely destroyed a two story, 3,000 square foot structure at Jenness Park Saturday evening.
Owned by the California Southern Baptist Convention of Fresno, the structure included six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The fire was reported by camp personnel around 10:00 pm. Total value of the structure has been estimated at $1 million.
According to Tuolumne County Fire Marshall Kary Kubbard, cause of the fire remains under investigation.
