Jamestown, CA -- Still another case of "driving under the influence" for the C.H.P. to investigate.
Saturday afternoon, 47 year old Michael O'Bryan of Sonora was driving his Jeep Liberty eastbound on Hwy 108 in a highly intoxicated state. As O'Bryan pulled into a private parking lot, two witnesses attempted to block his return to the highway, but he was successful in maneuvering around them and in attempting to return to the highway, he then collided with 70 year old Richard Young's 2001 Dodge. As a result of his injuries, O'Bryan was flown by Medi-Flight to Modesto's Memorial Hospital, while Young and his passenger, 54 year old Pamela Young, sustained minor to moderate injuries.
O'Bryan will now face a number of charges courtesy of the C.H.P.
