Highway 120 Closed At Lovers Leap

Sonora, CA -- The Highway Patrol is reporting a three vehicle accident on Highway 120/108 at Lovers Leap.

The roadway is currently blocked and a helicopter has been requested for the injured parties.

CHP reports indicate motorists are being diverted through Knights Ferry. Initial reports claim a driver was all over the road and then hit a sign at Tulloch which started a grass fire.

From there, the driver hit another vehicle head on causing what CHP officials say, might be fatal injuries.
