Sonora, CA -- Health officials say one in 10 Americans will develop kidney stones during their lifetime and renal stones disease accounts for one perfect of hospital admissions.
Sonora Regional Medical Center has added the Medispec E3000 ESWL Lithotripter and the VersaPulse PowerSuite holmium laser to its surgery center to expand the minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of kidney stones and other urological disorders. The equipments is expected to allow for high stone clearance rates, cut down on time, and prevent people from having to leave the community for treatment.
