More Rain Expected To Arrive Today

Sonora, CA -- Another Pacific Storm is expected to arrive in the Mother Lode today.

The National Weather Service says rain is expected to return beginning later today and continuing Wednesday into early Thursday.

Several inches of rain are expected in the foothills and mountains. Gusty winds of 15 to 30 MPH with gusts of up to 60 MPH over the higher mountain terrain are expected tonight into Wednesday.

Motorists are advised to check the latest road and weather conditions before traveling.
