Sacramento, CA -- The California Highway Patrol will be cracking down on drunk drivers this Super Bowl weekend.
Officers say the biggest day for football watching usually goes hand in hand with alcohol consumption. However, the CHP says there is nothing wrong with making party plans, as long a designated driver is invited. The legal limit of alcohol consumption for driving is .08, which according to reports is two beers for most people. Last year 462 people were arrested for driving under the influence in California.
