County Ceremony Covers Retirement And Swearing In

Sonora, CA -- There is a new Clerk Auditor Controller for Tuolumne County.

Tim Johnson was honored in a ceremony today in the Board of Supervisors Chambers to finalize his retirement.

Assistant Auditor Controller Deborah Russell was sworn in today to fill the position. Johnson says although he is retiring, he will not be lounging around the house.

He plans on selling real estate, traveling, and doing volunteer work. Russell says she is excited to take over and hopes to implement some changes.
