Calaveras Sheriffs Apprehend Parolee-At-Large

San Andreas, CA -- The Calaveras County Sheriff's Department has an at-large parolee back in custody after serving a search warrant Saturday.

Deputies say they arrived at a residence on Snowbird Court in Copperopolis at about 7:00 p.m. to serve the warrant.

Deputies discovered 33-year-old Shannon Casey hiding under a bed. Authorities say Casey attempted to flee past officers before being taken into custody.

Casey was booked into the Calaveras County Jail on charges of resisting arrest on no bail.
