Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday

Sonora, CA -- Its official, the long sunny days Mother Lode residents have been enjoying will be cut shorter this weekend.

Daylight Saving Time ends tomororw at 2:00am. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before bedtime tonight.

Standard time will be in effect until early April. Fire officials say it's a good idea to change batteries in smoke detectors at this time to maintain their reliablity.
