Mountain Passes To The East Reopen

Sonora, CA -- Weekend travel just got a little easier. Transportation officials are reporting that Highway 120 is now open at Tioga Pass.

Highway 108 at Sonora Pass is also open. CalTrans officials have also lifted chain restrictions on Highway 4 through Ebbets pass. Several roads in Yosemite National Park have also reopened.

Officials say the snow will continue to melt over the weekend with temperatures expected to hit the 70's.
