Highway 4 Now Open After Fatal Accident

Murpphys, CA -- Highway 4 east of Murphys is now open after a fatal car accident closed it earlier today.

CHP says the accident involved two cars and a big rig. The Vallecito School District is advising parents that all afternoon school busses will be on delay due to the accident.

The identity of the fatality has not been released pending the notification of family members.
