Burglar Arrested After Robbing A Home On Video

Valley Springs, CA -- A security camera in a Valley Springs home helped lead the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department to the burglar that robbed it.

Patricia Campbell's home was robbed yesterday and when Sheriff's Deputies reviewed the security video they saw 30-year-old Jeremy Elkins in the home as the only suspect.

During the investigation the deputies discovered that Elkins has cashed a stolen check at a bank in San Andreas. Elkins was found in Amador County and arrested.
