Another Accident At Douglas Flat Closes Highway 4

Douglas Flat, CA -- Four Manteca residents are moderately injured but otherwise okay after a three-car collision on highway four yesterday.

CHP says the westbound lane was closed for several hours as authorities cleared the wreckage.

Reports indicate that an Oldsmobile was traveling westbound when the driver failed to see a Toyota Camry stopped in the road ahead.

The rear-end collision pushed the Camry into the oncoming lanes where it collided with an eastbound Toyota Supra.

Police say all parties declined transportation to the hospital.
