Tuolumne County Film Commission Seeks Businesses To List

Sonora, CA -- The Tuolumne County Film Commission is putting out the call for area businesses to list in the commission's Production guide.

The Commission's Jerry Day says more than a dozen productions have visited the area, hiring local crew and using local services such as catering, lodging and transportation among others.

The production guide is a yearly publication that is distributed to studios, production houses and industry scouts.

Tim Gaydos of June Road Productions says the guide was the first place he looked before bringing production of the NBC pilot "Three Wishes" to the local area last month.

The series was picked up by the network, with NBC executives requesting production of eight more episodes.

Businesses wishing to be listed should contact the film commission before tomorrow.
