Valley Springs Firefighter Injured In Motorcycle Collision

Valley Springs, CA -- A Valley Springs Fire fighter remains in critical condition after a motorcycle collision.

CHP says 42-year-old Brad Palmer was riding his motorcycle at about 7 am yesterday on Milton Road when a van made a left turn onto Scenic Valley Drive into the path of the motorcycle.

Palmer collided with the van before sliding across the roadway and hitting a parked car. He suffered serious injuries including a broken leg and broken ribs.

Palmer is a captain with the Jenny Lind Fire Protection District and a firefighter and paramedic in Stockton.
