CYA Escapees Sought

A statewide manhunt is under way for two escaped convicts from an Amador County firefighting camp operated by the California Youth Authority. Both had served time for assault and assault and battery and were returned to the camp for violating their parole. The wards were discovered missing during a head count Monday night.
