Future Farmers of America have just broken ground on their new FFA Leadership Center in Galt.
FFA Foundation Director George Gomes says the facility will be open to FFA members from the Mother Lode and across the state to help service the more than 50-thousand students that are enrolled in California's 300 chapters. "This is a state of the art, educational facility for students and FFA members throughout California."
The organization provides leadership training for high school and college students.
