A Tuolumne Utilities District employee charged with having sex with a teenage girl and possessing steroids and weapons will be sentenced on March 22nd.
Attorneys representing James King struck a plea agreement with prosecutors that thwarted his case from going to trial. King was convicted earlier this month on the charges pertaining to having sex with a minor. Under terms of the agreement, King will not face more than 8 years on the weapons and drug charges. He's still waiting to be sentenced for having a sexual relationship with a co-worker's teen daughter.
King remains free pending sentencing.
