The operators of Birdies at Mountain Springs held a Grand Opening ceremony today to announce major renovations and the enhancement of services.
Co-Owner Cindy Zelinsky says a new dining and event venue, a spectacular wedding venue and a new full-service lounge are just some of the new features that have been unveiled. Zelinsky says all of the contractors and all of the vendors at Birdies-Mountain Springs are local. Chefs Charles Rice and Jeff Gullotto are in charge of the menu. Golf Director Mike Cook says the course will also undergo $1-million in improvements.
Co-Owner Steve Zelinsky says Birdies Mountain Springs will stay focused on treating people the way the owners would like to be treated.
Zelinsky adds the lounge will be open to serve fine liquor as well as beer and wine by mid-February. Future plans inluce the development of a 7.5 mile hiking and biking public trail.
